AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY CHARGES
- Free standard delivery Australia-wide on orders over $200
- For orders $200 or less we charge a flat rate of $10 for postage and handling.
- Express delivery - $16.00 Australia-wide*

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY TIMES
As we are currently operating our business from a temporary, smaller workspace, our order processing times are slightly longer than usual.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. During particularly busy periods, this may occasionally extend slightly. Orders are typically packed and shipped approximately twice per week.
Standard delivery times from dispatch are estimated via Australia Post:

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY CHARGES
- Free standard delivery to New Zealand on orders over $200.
- For orders $200 or less we charge a flat rate of $15 NZD for postage and handling.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY TIMES
As we are currently operating from a temporary workspace, our dispatch times are slightly extended.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days, with parcels estimated to arrive in 8–12 business days from dispatch for metro areas.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Please allow time for delivery to your location, and note our estimated shipping dates advertised are our best estimate based on information provided by our freight agent. Should there be any major delays we will notify you via the email you have provided at the time of your order. By placing a pre-order, you understand that the estimated date cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to factors our outside of our control, and Peach The Label is not liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur.
SALES, EVENTS AND LAUNCHES
Please note that during promotional or sale events, or new product launches we often experience a higher volume of orders than usual. As a small, family owned business we do our very best to process your orders as fast as possible, but please have some extra patience with us during these periods.
During these peak times, there may be some slight delays in order processing and dispatch. While we always aim to ship your order within our standard timeframes, it may take a little longer than usual for your parcel to be packed and on its way.
Please also note that express shipping may be temporarily unavailable during these periods, as we are unable to guarantee delivery within the usual express timeframes.
