Thank you for shopping at Peach The Label! We want you to feel amazing in your purchase, so if your item(s) are not quite right, we'll gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased at full price with Peach The Label.
Please make sure you read and understand our Returns Policy below:
Returns Policy
We offer store credit or exchanges on full priced items (no exchanges on international orders).
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the parcel. We recommend trying your garments on as soon as you receive them so you can return within this timeframe if needed.
- All items must be in original and saleable condition; unworn and unwashed with all original packaging and/or labels. No fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks, odours of any kind, animal hair, etc.
- All items purchased on "sale", "clearance", "final sale" or with a promotional code are final and cannot be returned. This includes sale events such as Black Friday sales.
- Returns shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, or has been sent outside the 14 day returns timeframe, we reserve the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Let us know straight away at hello@peachthelabel.com.au and we will help get it sorted! Please include your order number (5 digit code starting with #) and a picture of the deemed fault so we can assist as quickly as possible.
We will act in accordance with ACCC guidelines to ensure your consumer rights are garanteed on all major defects :)
Returns Parcel
Include your name & order number on the return (otherwise we have no way of knowing who it is from!) If you'd like an exchange, please also note which style, colour and size you'd like to exchange your item(s) for.
Returns Address
Please contact us at hello@peachthelabel.com.au to initiate your return, including your order number and item(s) you wish to exchange or return. We will reply to you with confirmation if your order is eligible for a return and returns address. Please note, all returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for compliance with our returns policy.

Please note that Peach The Label is not liable for return shipping costs for items that do not meet our returns criteria. If your return is ineligible based on our policy, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping should you wish to have the item sent back to you.
*Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Peach The Label. We will not be able to provide a store credit/exchange on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).
**Credits cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions. Store credits can only be used on physical product (not gift cards or shipping).
Order Cancellation
We totally get that sometimes things change! If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via our hello@peachthelabel.com.au. Most orders are processed and packed within 24 hours, so once your order has been processed, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel it.
If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it for you — but please note that a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This helps cover the non-refundable fees charged to us by our payment providers and Shopify (our website platform). As a small business, these fees quickly add up — we really appreciate your understanding 🧡
