How does an exchange work?  
Within 5 business days of receiving your parcel we'll ship your requested exchange item. Please note we can't guarantee your exchange item will be available. But we will try our best! Being a small business, we don't always have the stock on hand, but not to worry, we will provide you with a store credit and can let you know whether the product you're after is going to be restocked and when.

Need your item sooner?  If you don’t want to miss out, please purchase the new style & then you can get a refund on your first item (as long as it complies with our returns criteria above).

How long will it take?
Once our team receives it, please allow up to 5 business days once for your return to be processed.

How does returns shipping work? 

Returns shipping is at the customer's expense. The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Peach The Label.  We will not be able to provide a store credit/exchange on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).

Free shipping discounts / coupons cannot be used on return shipping.

What do store credits cover?

Store credits cover the value of the goods only and do not include postage (as this has already been used in sending the original parcel).  Store credits cannot be combined with other promotions/discounts/credits such as free shipping, or discount promotions.

What happens if I don't meet the requirements of the Returns Policy?

Peach The Label reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a late fee should a return not meet our Returns Policy

Any returns that fail to comply with the Returns Policy may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Postage must be paid for by the customer within 30 days to have your item(s) returned.

If items are returned to Peach The Label in a way in which additional costs to Peach The Label are incurred i.e return to sender,  then the customer will be required to pay for that cost prior to receiving any refunds or store credits.
